What documents do I need to verify my account?

To enable us to verify your account, please provide us with the following documents:

• Copy of a valid form of identification (passport, ID card, residence permit etc.) – all four corners of the document and the following details must be clearly visible: first and last names, date of birth, photo, nationality, ID number, expiry date (if applicable) and signature.
• Copy of a utility bill:

  • Official letter from a public authority (tax) maximum 6 months old
  • Serafe maximum 12 months old 
  • Rental contract maximum 12 months old
  • Service charge statement maximum 12 months old 
  • Fixed network, TV Internet bill maximum 6 months old 
  • Electricity, water or gas bill maximum 6 months old 
  • Mobile phone bill maximum 3 months old
  • Health insurance bill maximum 3 months old
  • Payslip maximum 3 months old

Please feel free to blank out any information that is not relevant to our purposes, e.g. transaction figures. We will also accept mobile phone images of the above documents, provided that all of the required information is clearly visible.
