Can I keep changing or deleting these limits?

Limits are there to help you control your own behaviour and should be selected with care. You can change the limits you have set. If you lower a limit, the new value will apply immediately. If you make any increases to the existing limits, you will have to wait 24 hours for the new value to be activated.
