I closed my account, but I can still log in. Why can't I?

Your account remains accessible, but you can no longer access the games.
Your personal data is stored for up to five years after the end of the customer relationship. This is done to meet legal requirements and to support you in case you return to the platform.
After this period, your data will be deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you personally.
