How can I verify my IBAN?

To verify your IBAN, please go to the «My Balance» tab in your player account and click on «Withdrawal». Enter your IBAN number and upload a corresponding account statement.

If you have trouble uploading the document, you can also send the proof by email to support@goldengrand.ch or via chat between 08:00 and 00:00.
