To verify your account, we require a valid ID and, in some cases, a proof of address.
You can easily upload the documents in your account:
Go to “My Account” → “My Profile” → “Verification”. You will be prompted to upload a photo or scan of your ID and, if needed, a proof of address.
If your address was not automatically verified, we accept one of the following documents:

Certificate of residence (not older than 6 months)

Official letter from a Swiss authority (e.g. tax office), max. 6 months

Serafe invoice (max. 12 months)

Rental contract (max. 12 months)

Utility bill (max. 12 months)

Landline, TV or internet bill (max. 6 months)

Electricity, water or gas bill (max. 6 months)

Mobile phone bill (max. 3 months)

Health insurance bill (max. 3 months)

Bank statement (max. 3 months)

Payslip (max. 3 months)
You may redact or hide any irrelevant information on the documents.
